The founder
Hi, I'm
David Weiss.
For two decades, I've been in the trenches with revenue teams: carrying a number, leading from the front, supporting sellers, defending the team and owning the fallout when deals slip. Doing the real work, in the messy middle where deals either gain momentum or quietly start to die.

My philosophy
Deals don't move in stages.
They move in decisions.
- 01Progress, redefinedDeals don't move in stages, they move in decisions. Progress is not "we advanced the opportunity." Progress is learning what is true, validating what matters, reducing risk and earning the next decision.
- 02Evidence over narrativeWe operate on criteria and proof, not hope, storytelling or CRM theater. Deal Management makes risk visible early so you can act before it becomes a surprise slip or loss. Real data beats optimism. Every time.
- 03Leadership built on trustThe system only works when coaching is built the right way. Leaders coach with trust, curiosity and "what's your plan?", not orders, gotchas or directive heroics that create bottlenecks.
- 04Operating rhythm over trainingTraining gets forgotten, rhythms stick. Deal Management is a daily and weekly system your team can execute on a random Tuesday at 4:30 PM, not definitions people recite.
"Reality is the starting
point of winning."
